Graduate accommodation
The College provides single-room accommodation for post-graduate students in their first year of graduate study who apply for housing by the deadline of 30 June.
In the first year rooms are allocated by the Accommodation Office, and in subsequent years a ballot system is operated by MCR committee.
For 2026-27, rents range from £1888.25 to £2325.05 per quarter. All graduates living in College rooms additionally pay a fixed charge of £277.40 per term.
The University provides a list of rents and other charges in each College for the current academic year, should you wish to compare rents in other colleges.
