Biography

As Head Chef of the Kendrew Café kitchen, I oversee the day-to-day operation of catering services at St John’s. I am responsible for menu development and planning, ensuring that all dietary requirements are accommodated while maintaining the highest standards of quality, nutrition, and inclusivity. Leading a dedicated kitchen team, I manage the delivery of student lunch services during term time, continue catering provision for staff and remaining students outside of term, and oversee informal dinner services during peak periods. In addition, my team and I lead the catering operations for events hosted at 21 St Giles, The Barn, and the B24 Events Room, supporting a diverse range of College functions and events.
