Congratulations to St John's Career Development Research Fellow (CDRF), Dr Shurui Miao, on being named as one of six Emerging Investigator Award finalists by the International Association of Colloid and Interface Scientists.

Every three years, the International Association of Colloid and Interface Scientists's (IACIS) recognises a small number of outstanding early career researchers (within six years of completing their DPhil) in the field of colloid and interface science.

At the most recent IACIS's conference, held jointly with the American Chemical Society Colloids and Surface Scientists at the University of Alberta, Dr Shurui Maio was named as one of the IACIS Emerging Investigator finalists for 2025.
